What baby items you would like recorded? Need advice?

I am registering with Babies R Us and this is our first baby. Already registered with the basics like a stroller, crib, cupboard, high chair, etc. What would you like baby items registered? What would you like not registered for? Any advice on making a baby registry?

I never need or use a high chair or a "walking / exercise-plate". He did not need to swing well, but was used twice. The rocking chair that hung from the door was used for about 2 months. I have never used the bottle of disinfectant or shelf Dishwasher after the 1st time, because doing nothing for us, but to make things difficult. I threw the hot clean diaper – it dries out the wipes. The diaper genie was nice for about 3 months and after the cleaning was not sufficient (provided they are cleaned and disinfected on Monday) to get that smell … It is made plastic, so it is slowly absorbed the smell of the diaper weak … just throw the butt little muffins in a plastic bag and take the trash out of the house! I almost zero "baby proof" products – I saw my son. Depending on the size of your home and lifestyle, you probably do not need a monitor either. At night bedroom doors are open so that I can hear, but if she is sleeping and I want to garden, I set the monitor while I'm gone. I have never used a dummy – I never thought it was necessary because only pacify the parents, not the baby … and then it becomes a habit. I used gloves – made of material t-shirt – so do not scratch it. Never suck your thumb or fingers either, perhaps because of the mittens. I almost anything in these kits some baby things like Squeezy nose, thermometer, nail scissors … Never used baby powder or oil, but I did use lotion and diaper cream (for which are allocated to each one, of course! lol). She did not want the socks, not to mention shoes on their feet until about 1, so I never had to buy shoes before. I bought Dreft, baby clothing soap. I never bought a door, again, I saw my son! You can never have enough clothes Onsie and easy. Fluffy dresses and suits are more of a pain than they are cute. Towels, towels and all-in-one bathwash / shampoo will never be expelled. Socks, hats, boxes of diapers, wipes wet and you are welcome. / Carseat stroller combo was a huge time saver. Having 3 sets of sheets for the cradle is the perfect amount. She was about 3 bibs bibs and 9 at one point, again, are not useful luxury. I did not need a changing table. Do not use a diaper bag, I have a large paperback book. And you breastfeeding? If not, the formula is a great help too!
